BASIC PLAN ($349/month)

One attorney, one staff person, 8:30-6 access Monday through Friday.  Access will be limited on the door entry app to 8:30 am-6 pm entrance Monday through Friday and 11 am-4 pm on Saturdays. Mailbox and mailing address, office equipment, conference use, and shared office use all included. After hours use upon request only. 

BASIC PLAN PLUS ($399/month) 

Includes all benefits in the Basic Plan plus use of main floor, on-site storage (file cabinet, private coat rack and three-tier storage shelving).  

PRIVATE OFFICE RENTALS

An attorney seeking a private, dedicated workspace or that requires access for more than one employee, may elect for a private office rental. The private office rental comes with all LawShare privileges and uses, along with a private, dedicated office. Each private office has a locked office door and key with 24/7 keyless building access.  There are seven private offices available for rent at this location.  Offices are rented on a month-to-month lease with an 18-month rate guarantee through M. Quinlan Properties, LLC, and include the following offices and sizes:  

• Office 1: RENTED 
• Office 2: RENTED 
• Office 3: RENTED 
• Office 4: 10’ x 13’ with three large, façade windows on the east side of the building. This office is furnished with a desk and large credenza and bookshelf. The office is available at $1,200 per month and includes one LawShare membership.  
• Office 5: 14’ x 8’9” with large façade windows on the east (front) side of the building and a separate entrance.  The office is available at $1,150 per month and includes one LawShare membership.    
• Office 6: RENTED. 
• Office 7: 10’ x10’ interior office. The office is available at $1,050 per month and includes one LawShare membership.
