Shared LawShare Offices

LawShare has five private, self-scheduled office spaces, limited to 20 hours per week for the "basic member plan" and 10 hours per week for the "limited use plan" in times of high demand.  Each shared office includes the following technology support: 

• One-touch adjustable height/standing desk (60”x24”)   
• Universal laptop/device docking station (Mac or Windows) with standard inputs to ensure the laptop easily locks in place and quickly projects onto the available monitors
• Either dual extension monitors or single extension monitor plus laptop pad on desktop mount 
• Keyboard and Mouse  
• VOIP/Data ethernet connections and WiFi access point  
• Rolling, three-tiered work table 
• Executive or Conference Chair 
• No screaming kids or unruly pets

• Rolling file cart available to move locks from storage to shared office

LawShare 1 and 5 have two elevated monitors freeing up desk space. Once the docking station driver is downloaded to the member's device, this allows the member to stream between three screens. 

LawShare offices 2, 3 and 4 have an elevated single extra monitor and a laptop stand. Once the docking station is downloaded on the member's device, this allows for more desktop space and an additional monitor to stream between two screens. 

Offices 2 and 3 have shelves directly opposite the monitors and as the background to the member's laptop camera or webcam. LawShare provides a changeable background frame allowing your law firm logo to appear in the background of your Webex hearings and video conferences.
